Mundelein, Ill -Medline Industries, the
nation's largest privately held manufacturer and distributor of health care
supplies, recently was awarded a three-year national agreement to deliver
advanced wound and skin care products for Amerinet, a leading health care group
purchasing organization.
The agreement will provide cutting edge advanced wound care products at
significant savings to Amerinet's membership of more than 22,000 health care
facilities in the U.S. The contract helps solidify Medline's position as a
leading provider of advanced wound care products to the U.S. health care
marketplace.
The agreement, effective January 1, 2005, covers a multitude of products, used
in the treatment of chronic wounds including advanced wound care dressings, skin
care, transparent dressings and silver dressings

Medline now has more than 50 Wound Care Product Specialists supporting our sales
force and available to help Amerinet members. In addition, Medline has more than
750 sales representatives as well as on-staff clinical specialists and
registered nurses, who assist in implement standardization and utilization
programs.
